  • Site walk and consultation with designer and project manager

  • Detailed measurements of site and elevations (please provide any house plans or surveys)

  • Recommendations on materials, colors, patterns and plants

  • Detailed plant list (if desired and applicable)

  • 3D images of the design

  • Detailed line-itemed proposal of project scope

    Landscape design revisions beyond our three-hour limit will be billed by designer at an hourly rate.

Administrative or 2D Design
for Permitting Process | $-$$

  • Administrative work to prepare permit sketches or 2D design, and/or specialty pricing, etc.

  • Completing and submitting necessary paperwork

  • Site meetings with appropriate officials or approval meetings (may incur additional costs)

  • Price varies depending on scope of work

  • Additional cost would be added for full scale prints if Backyard Reflections is not installing work

  • Photo examples of materials, similar work, etc

  • Plant list, if applicable

    This option only available for small projects needing permitting (BYR will determine)
