Our Proven Process for a Beautiful Outdoor Space
Backyard Reflections has established a seamless process that makes planning your own landscape design simple. We have a designer and a project manager assigned to each design or build project to ensure efficiency and full attention during your project. We pride ourselves on this proven process for a superior customer experience.

The first step in our process is to gather information about you and your project, what you envision, the services you need and the budget you have in mind. Next, we schedule an appointment for an on-site meeting. We recommend that all parties involved in the decision-making be present at all meetings throughout the project, whenever possible.

At the initial on-site meeting, we evaluate your property and have a high-level discussion about the scope of the project, the design and predicted budget. In addition, we will explain the design and project installation process. During the second on-site meeting, a project manager and designer will visit the site and discuss the project vision.

During the design phase, a designer and project manager will draft a design and proposal, then meet with you to present it. After approving the design and proposal, you’ll sign the contract and pay the down payment required to schedule the project. We’ll finalize the design and schedule the building phase of the project.

The project will kick off on-site as our experienced team executes the project. Once the project is complete, final payment is due. We don’t consider a project complete until you’re 100% satisfied with our work.
